Sweet-Hot Salsa

Ingredients:


1 medium papaya peeled, seeded and chopped (1 1/2 cups)

1 small cucumber peeled and chopped (1 cup)

1 small carrot shredded (1/3 cup)

1 small jalapeno chili seeded and finely chopped

1 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoons white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours to blend flavors, but no longer that 2 days. 2. Stir salsa before serving.
