| This Salsa is so easy to make, don't even think about buying the store bought version. There’s no comparison. This Salsa perfectly accompanies anything from red meat to tortilla chips. |

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons onion sliced |
2 cups tomatoes chop into 1/4 cubes |
2 medium Serrano chilies finely chopped |
2 tablespoons Cilantro finely chopped |
1 teaspoon sugar (more sugar may be added if tomatoes are acidic) |
1/4 cup beer Mexican |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoon limes juice |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let sit in refrigerator for at least 30 min. before serving Oh, feel free to consume the rest of the beer while waiting!
