Classic Salsa (Hot!)

Ingredients:


1 tablespoons wine vinegar or lemon juice

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoons chili powder

1 dash honey

1 teaspoon chilies -- hot, minced

2 tablespoons onion -- red, minced

2 tablespoons cilantro -- minced

2 cups tomatoes peeled -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine tomatoes, cilantro, onion and hot pepper. Season to taste with sweetener, chili powder, salt, and wine vinegar. Yields 2 1/2 cups.
