Oven Poached Salmon

Ingredients:


1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon sherry -- vermouth, or wine

1 teaspoon butter

1/8 teaspoon dill

1 pound salmon filets.
 

Preparation / Directions:


Spray a piece of foil with Pam. Place Salmon on center. Add lemon juice, and sherry. Bake 350F 10 minutes Open and add butter and dill. Close and bake 10 minutes more.
