Poached Salmon With Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients:


4 cups water

1 fillets lemon -- sliced

1 medium carrot -- sliced

1 stalk celery -- sliced

1 teaspoon peppercorns

4 fillets salmon steaks -- (4 oz)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Horseradish Sauce Combine first 5 ingredients in a large skillet; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add salmon steaks; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Remove skillet from heat; let stand 8 minutes. Remove salmon steaks to serving plate; serve with Horseradish Sauce.
