1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1 teaspoon onion

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon white pepper

1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke

1/2 pound salmon

2 tablespoons parsley flakes

COMBINE INGREDIENTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH AND WELL BLENDED COVER AND CHILL FOR 8-96 HOURS SERVE SLIGHTLY CHILLED OR AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
