Salmon With Pesto Sauce

Ingredients:


1 cup basil leaves

1/2 cup pine nuts

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic

1/4 teaspoon salt

6 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

8 fillets salmon fillets
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients save fillets in blender and blend briefly. Broil salmon 6-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Cover with pesto and serve. From the Dinner Co-op (from Fabulous Fish and Seafood)
