No-Cook Smoked Salmon Purses

Ingredients:


10 pieces crab sticks

2 tablespoons horseradish sauce

1/4 Pint soured cream

1/4 teaspoon salt and freshly ground black pepper

18 Strips smoked salmon -- about 13oz, measuring approx 12x2in

1 piece chive strands
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mash the crab sticks and fold in the horseradish and soured cream. season to taste. Lay the salmon flat and spoon a little crab mix onto each - fold over and tie with chives. Serve.
