Blender Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Ingredients:


2 Ounces anchovy fillets* -- with oil

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

1 clove garlic

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 small onion

1/4 cup parsley -- minced

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup chives or green onion tops -- chopped

2/3 cup heavy cream

1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Puree in blender. Best served with romaine lettuce and croutons.
