Vegetable Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:


---DRESSING---

10 ounces sweetened condensed milk -- canned

1 cup vinegar

1/2 cup sugar

2 cups mayonnaise

---SALAD---

14 ounces dry salad macaroni -- cooked al dente

1 medium green bell pepper -- finely chopped

1 small onion -- diced

4 medium carrots -- shredded

1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


For dressing; Stir together all ingredients with a wire whisk. Stir dressing into macaroni in a large bowl. Add green pepper, onion, carrots, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, chill for several hours or overnight.
