Strawberry and Canteloupe Salad

Ingredients:


2 cup Strawberries halved

1 medium Canteloupe peeled, seeded and cubed

1/4 cup Sherry

2 Tablespoon Sherry vinegar

3 Tablespoon Chopped mint
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine strawberries, canteloupe, sherry, and sherry vinegar in a bowl. 2. Refrigerate until chilled. 3. Toss with chopped mint and serve.
