Preparation / Directions:Combine mayonnaise, onion, sweet pickle relish, lemon juice and seasonings.
Mix until thoroughly blended.
Add shrimp and blend well. Adjust seasonings to taste.
Serve on bed of lettuce with tomato wedges and parsley to garnish.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
