Pineapple and Cheese Salad

Ingredients:


1/2 pound Cheddar cheese

20 ounces pineapple chunks

6 large Lettuce leaves

3/4 cup Mayonnaise
 

Preparation / Directions:


Drain pineapple chunks. Cut cheese into 1/2 inch cubes. Arrange cheese cubes on lettuce leaves. Top with pineapple chunks and mayonnaise.
