Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups cooked peas

2 medium tomatoes -- diced

1/2 teaspoon cumin

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper and salt -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and toss well. Serve chilled. 6 servings/Serving size: 1/2 cup
