Melon And Grape Salad With Honey-Mustard Dressing

Ingredients:


1 cup cantaloupe -- cubed

1 cup watermelon -- cubed and seeded

2 cups green seedless grapes

5 tablespoons lime juice

1/2 cup honey

2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard
 

Preparation / Directions:


Toss fruit with 1 tablespoon of lime juice and refrigerate, covered. When ready to serve, pour out any liquid, drying out the serving bowl. Whisk together the remaining lime juice, honey and mustard. Toss with the fruit.
