Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients:


8 ounces uncooked mostaccioli or ziti macaroni

2 large tomatoes -- coarsely chopped

1 1/2 cups broccoli florets -- cooked

1 medium green bell pepper -- chopped

1 cup wish-bone robusto italian dressing -- (8 oz.)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves*

1 package mozzarella cheese -- diced (8 oz.)

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool. In large salad bowl, combine tomatoes, broccoli, green pepper, robusto Italian dressing and basil. Add cheeses and macaroni, then toss lightly; cover and chill. Makes about 10 side-dish servings. *Substitution: Use 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves.
