Ingredients:


1 medium iceberg lettuce

1/3 cup peanut oil

1 tablespoon sugar

2 teaspoons soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 tablespoon ginger
 

Preparation / Directions:


divide shredded lettuce between serving bowls combine remaining ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 2 hours pour over lettuce-toss to mix well serve chilled
