Ingredients:
2 quarts mixed salad greens |
1 1/2 cups canned white cannellini beans -- rinsed and drained |
10 ounces frozen artichoke hearts -- cooked and drained |
1 cup provolone cheese strips -- (about 4 oz.) |
1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives |
1/3 cup roasted red pepper strips |
1 cup wish-bone olive oil vinaigrette dressing -- (8 oz.) |

Preparation / Directions:
In large salad bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil vinaigrette dressing. Just before serving, toss with dressing.
