Cornbread Salad 2

Ingredients:


1 Cup cornmeal

8 ounces sour cream

2 large eggs

1/2 Cup milk

1 tablespoons sugar

--Combine all ingredients and bake as you about 30 would for regular cornbread minutes.Cool and crumble.

1 large tomato -- chopped

1 medium green bell pepper -- chopped

1 small onion -- chopped

1 Cup sweet cubed salad pickles

1 tablespoons sugar

1 Cup mayonnaise

1 Cup Cheddar cheese -- grate
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine crumbled cornbread,tomatoes,onions,bell pepper,and sweet pickles in a bowl.Mix mayonnaise and sugar together;add to cornbread mixture.Pour into serving dish;top with cheese. Chill for 2 hours,and serve cold.
