Ingredients:


2 Cups iceberg lettuce pieces

1 cup romaine pieces

2 Tablespoons grated carrot

2 Tablespoons grated red cabbage

1 large hard-boiled egg -- cut into eighths

3 Ounces fried chicken breast -- cut into strips

1 cup diced tomato

1 recipe Cabernet House Dressing (recipe follows)
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a bowl toss well lettuces, carrot, and cabbage and arrange on a platter. Top decoratively with egg, chicken, and tomato and serve with dressing.
