Citrus-Pineapple Fruit Salad Dressing

Ingredients:


2 large egg

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup fresh orange juice

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1 teaspoon unsalted butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


whisk sugar and cornstarch into eggs-mix very well combine egg mixture with fruit juices in the top of a double-boiler heat and stir until thickened stir in melted butter remove from heat and allow to cool cover and chill for 2-48 hours serve slightly chilled
