Bean Sprout Salad

Ingredients:


1 cup vinegar

1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 can French-style green beans (16 oz.) -- drained

1 can bean sprouts (14 oz.) -- drained

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped pimiento
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Cool. Combine vegetables, tossing lightly. Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables, stirring gently to blend well. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
