Taco Salad 2

Ingredients:


1 medium lettuce -- chopped fine

6 bunch green onions -- chopped

15 ounces pinto beans -- drained

1 package 100% white corn tortilla chips crispy rounds

1 pound lean ground beef

16 ounces mild salsa

10 3/4 ounces restaurant style medium salsa con queso

1 medium chopped tomato -- (optional)

1 bunch cilantro -- (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Lightly saute meat in skillet, drain well. Stir in Mild Salsa, Salsa Con Queso and pinto beans. Heat thoroughly. To assemble, place Crispy Rounds on plate, top with lettuce, meat and bean mixture and green onions. Garnish with chopped tomato and cilantro.
