Nacho Fiesta Salad

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 pound skinless cooked chicken breast -- cut in strips

1 medium red bell pepper -- cut in strips

1 bunch green onions -- sliced

1 jar chicken quesadilla flavor -- (10 3/4 oz. nacho topping

1 medium iceberg lettuce torn into bite-size pieces

1 package nacho style tortilla chips
 

Preparation / Directions:


To assemble, place Nacho Style Tortilla Chips on plate; top with lettuce, chicken breast and red pepper. Place Chicken Quesadilla Nacho Topping in microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30-60 seconds or until heated through. Drizzle nacho topping over salad. Sprinkle with green onions.
