Thyme Vinaigrette

Ingredients:


1 small shallot -- minced

1 Teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

2 1/2 Teaspoon fresh lemon juice

3/4 Teaspoon country Dijon mustard

1/4 Teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1/4 Teaspoon salt

2 Tablespoon olive oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients with a fork. Let the dressing stand for 30 minutes. Use this dressing the day you make it.
