Ingredients:


1/2 pound roquefort cheese

1/2 cup evaporated milk

2 cups mayonnaise

3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons garlic
 

Preparation / Directions:


whisk lemon juice into evaporated milk, until thickened stir in remaining ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 2-48 hours serve slightly chilled
