Ingredients:


2 cups White wine or white vinegar

2 medium Peel from 2 Lemons
 

Preparation / Directions:


Store in cool, dry place for ten days. Shake vinegar and lemon peel in tightly covered glass jar or bottle. Store in cool, dry place 10 days. Strain vinegar. Place one strip of lemon peel in jar to identify, if desired.
