Ingredients:


1 cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing

1/2 cup Sour cream

1/3 cup Finely chopped fresh parsley

3 tablespoons Finely chopped fresh -- Chives

3 tablespoons Anchovy paste or finely Chopped anchovy fillets

3 tablespoons Tarragon or wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Lemon juice

1/8 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients.
