Ingredients:


1/4 cup garlic

1 large egg

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

3/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/8 teaspoon white pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine garlic, egg, and mustard in a food processor process to a fine puree with machine running, add oil in a thin-steady stream process until slightly thickened stir in lemon juice and vinegar-mix well season to taste with salt and pepper cover and chill for 2-48 hours
