Ingredients:


3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

8 ounces evaporated milk

8 ounces roquefort cheese

2 cups mayonnaise

2 tablespoons garlic puree
 

Preparation / Directions:


whisk lemon juice into evaporated milk, until thickened stir in remaining ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 2-48 hours
