Ingredients:


3/4 cup nonfat or reduced-fat mayonnaise

3/4 cup skim milk

1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar

3 cloves garlic

1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper

1/2 cup grated nonfat or reduced-fat Parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process for about 1 minute, or until the mixture is smooth.

2. Transfer the dressing to covered container, and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
