Ingredients:


1/2 Cup Onion -- Coarsely chopped

1/4 Cup carrot -- Coarsely chopped

2 Teaspoon Celery -- Coarsely chopped

1 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger -- minced

3/4 Cup Soy sauce

1/2 Cup Vinegar

1/4 Cup Lemon juice -- fresh

1 1/2 Teaspoon Tomato paste

1 teaspoon salt and pepper

1 dash Hot pepper sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Pureee onion, carrot, celery and ginger in blender or processor. Add oil, soy sauce, vinegars, lemon juice and tomato paste and blend well. Season to taste with salt, freshly ground pepper and hot pepper sauce.
