The Sunbonnet House Dressing

Ingredients:


3/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoons parsley minced

1/2 medium yellow onion minced

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Toss with a combination of washed, dried and chilled salad greens. Tomato slices and chopped green pepper may be arranged on top.
