Ingredients:


2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons black pepper -- i halved this

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon sage leaves -- or rosemary

1 cloves garlic -- crushed

1 teaspoon lemon peel -- grated
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix fresh just before using. Rub on chicken or turkey before barbecuing.
