Ingredients:


2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves -- chopped

2 tablespoons fresh sage leaves -- chopped

2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves -- chopped

4 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper

4 tablespoons kosher salt

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Pat meat dry. In a small bowl combine all spices until well mixed. Coat meat with rub. Brush meat with olive oil.
