Tasty Spanish Rice

Tasty Spanish Rice that is not too spicy
 

Ingredients:


2 pound lean ground beef

1 cup chopped onion

2 teaspoon minced garlic

1 medium green bell pepper, chopped fine

1 medium red bell pepper, chopped fine

16 ounces tomato sauce

1 Tablespoon paprika

2 cups long grain rice, uncooked

1 1/2 cups water

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Add onions, garlic and peppers. Cook over medium heat until meat is cooked through. Drain well. Add tomato sauce, paprika and water, simmer 1/2 hour over medium heat. Add long grain rice, salt and pepper and cook 25 minutes on low- medium heat covered pot.
