Ingredients:


1 1/2 pounds ground chuck

1 medium onion -- chopped

1 medium green pepper -- finely chopped

1 can stewed tomatoes -- 14oz

2 cans tomato sauce -- 8oz

3/4 cup water

2 teaspoons chili powder

2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

3/4 cup raw converted rice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown beef, onions and pepper. Drain. Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook low 7-9 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
