Peppered Rice

Ingredients:


2 1/2 cups water

1 pieces beef-flavored bouillon

1 1/4 cups uncooked regular rice

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine water and bouillon cube in a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil, stirring to dissolve cube. Stir in rice, garlic powder, and pepper. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender and water is absorbed. Remove from heat. Add parsley and toss.
