Ingredients:


1 cup water

1/4 cup sweet onion

1 tablespoon garlic

1 cup long grain rice

3 tablespoons oil

1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat water to a boil in a saucepan, over a high flame stir in remaining ingredients-mix well cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 17 minutes remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes fluff with a fork serve hot
