Jasmine Fried Rice

Ingredients:


3 teaspoons vegetable oil

1 large egg

3 clove garlic

1 cup peas

2 medium scallions

4 cups soft jasmine rice

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon seasoning sauce

2 teaspoons soy sauce

4 ounces bean sprouts

2 teaspoons minced red chili peppers
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. heat oil in a large skillet or wok. 2. add egg and scramble until cooked. 3. add garlic, peas and green onion. 4. stir fry 1 - 2 minutes. 5. add soft jasmine rice and stir fry until hot. 6. season with black pepper, seasoning sauce and soy sauce. 7. stir well. 8. bean sprouts can be added now. heat thoroughly. note: if you are making a particular type of rice i.e.; shrimp, pork or chicken, this ingredient should be added before step 2 and cooked completely before continuing.
