Ingredients:


1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1/2 cup sweet red onion

1/2 cup red bell pepper

1 teaspoon serrano chile

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

1 Medium papaya
 

Preparation / Directions:


heat oil in a large skillet, over a medium flame add onion, bell pepper, and red chiles heat and stir, until tender remove from heat stir in remaining ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 2-12 hours serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
