Poppys Spinach Quiche

Ingredients:


1 pkg (10 oz) frozen leaf spinach 
4 xlg eggs
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup pizza tomato sauce
1 ½ cups Bisquick
½ cup cream cheese
4 slices sharp provolone cheese
4 slices white cheddar cheese
½ baseball size white onion chopped
½ tsp garlic powder
Black Pepper to taste

Preparation / Directions:

Mix all ingredients, pour into 9 inch sprayed pie tin & Bake at 350` for 45-50 minutes, until brown. I dedicate this recipe to my awesome girlfriend Patty. Enjoy !! Tony - Long Island, NY
