1 package butterflake rolls
4 1/2 ounces small shrimp -- drained
1 large beaten egg
1/2 cup light cream
1 tablespoons brandy
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper to taste
1 1/3 ounces gruyere cheese

Preparation / Directions:

Grease 24 tassy pan cups. Separate each -- press dinner roll section in tassy cup to make shell. Place 2 shrimp in each shell. Combine egg -- cream, brandy, salt and pepper. Divide evenly among shells -- using approximately 2 teaspoonfuls for each cup. 1 slice cheese into small triangles -- place one atop each appetizer. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes, or until golden. Cool. Wrap in foil and freeze. To serve, place frozen quiche on baking sheet; heat at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes. You may serve them without freezing just as they come from the oven.) This is one of my favorite party foods that can be made ahead and popped in the oven Just when you need it.
