Raisin Rocky Road Pudding

Ingredients:


1 cup water

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup light brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup cream of rice

1 tablespoon butter

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup chopped walnuts
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine water, milk, sugar, salt and cinnamon; scald. Sprinkle in cream of rice and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 4 minutes. Add butter and half the chocolate chips; stir until melted. Stir in raisins. Chill. Mix in remaining chocolate chips and nuts. Makes 4 servings.
