Orange Ricotta Pudding

Ingredients:


1/2 pint frozen strawberries -- thawed and halved

1 medium orange -- sectioned

1/4 cup orange flavor liqueur triple sec -- grand mariner, cointreau -- curaco

2 pounds fresh ricotta cheese

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chopped semi-sweet chocolate miniature chocolate morsels -- (about 1/2 cup)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine strawberry halves and orange sections in a small bowl. Pour liqueur over and stir. Allow to soak. In another bowl, beat ricotta with a whisk until fluffy. Stir sugar and cream into the ricotta. Fold in the strawberries, oranges and liquor. Fold in the chocolate. Spoon mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate until ready to serve. To serve, sprinkle morsels atop each dessert. Approximately 10 minutes.
