Ingredients:


1 package frozen corn/thawed out

2 large eggs/beaten

2 Tablespoons butter

2 Cups warm milk

1/2 Teaspoon salt

1/8 Teaspoon pepper

4 Pieces bread grated into small crumbs -- (4 to 5)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients together into a glass casserole dish. Bake at 350 for about 1-hour in a hot water bath. Notes: This recipe makes a great side-dish to just about any meal and is wonderful when having company. The bread should make the casserole semi-thick when stirring it in. It tends to bake much quicker when the consistency is this way. The casserole will puff up in the middle and look golden brown when it is done.
