Baked Fudge Pudding

Ingredients:


---cake

1 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons cocoa

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup milk

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine

---topping

5 tablespoons cocoa

2 cups hot water

1 cup sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Sift dry ingredients in cake list together. Then add milk, vanilla and melted butter. Mix well and spread into an 8-inch pan. Mix topping ingredients together. Pour over cake mixture. Bake for 35-40 minutes in 350ΓΈ oven. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream while still warm, if desired.
