Ingredients:


20 pieces vanilla wafers, divided

8 Ounces whipped cream cheese spread

3 Tablespoon powered sugar

1/3 Cup cold brewed coffee, divided

1/2 Teaspoon vanilla

1 Cup thawed frozen whipped topping
 

Preparation / Directions:


Reserve 4 wafers for garnish. Coarsely break remainig 16 wafers; set aside. Beat cream cheese, sugar, 3 tablespoons of the coffee and vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Drizzle rimaining coffee over wafer pieces in small bowl. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture into each of 4 desert dishes; top with 1 to 2 tablespoons soaked wafer pieces. Repeat layers, ending with cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Top with reserved wafers just before sereving. TIP: Serve topped with a small dollop of additional thawed frozen whipped topping.
