Salty Grilled Prawns and Lemon
 

Ingredients:


1.5 to 2kg Prawns, Vein removed and dumped in ice water, heads on, for 15-20 min. Mean time, get a hot grill ready, cut lemons in 1/4, and prepare sauce you like. (Lemon butter, Garlic, Peri-peri etc) Prepare...* Olive oil and unsalted butter melted and mixed well with Black pepper and Caurse salt. Remove prawns from iced water, and dry properly with paper towel or cloth. Sprinkle with * caurse salt, Black Ground pepper, Olive oil And butter over prawns and leave for 5-10 minutes. Grill pawns, upside down first untill colour start changing. Turn once and sprinkle more oil and butter mix and caurce salt. When Crispy look alike but not to dry, drizzle with lemon juice. Remove and serve immediatly with spicy rice and choice of sauce. Invite me to judge....
