Ingredients:


1 1/2 pounds tiger prawn

2 cups cocktail sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Arrange a single layer of prawns in each section of a bamboo steamer place over a pot of boiling water steam for 4-5 minutes turn and steam for another 3-4 minutes remove froms steamer cover and chill until ready to serve arrange prawns onto a serving platter serve chilled, with spicy cocktail sauce to the side
